Movement
The train may take four hours. The travel day also includes checking out, reaching the correct station, security, boarding, exiting, crossing the next city, and checking in again.
TRIP AUDIT WITH CYNDEE
You may already have an itinerary. You may have a list of places. You may only know what you want this trip to feel like.
You do not need a finished route to begin.
Bring me the starting point. I’ll help shape the route, test the decisions, and turn it into a personalized Journey Audit & Blueprint.
WHY TRIPS NEED JUDGMENT
A list of places can look exciting. Booking confirmations can prove that the individual pieces exist. Neither proves that the journey works as a whole.
The train may take four hours. The travel day also includes checking out, reaching the correct station, security, boarding, exiting, crossing the next city, and checking in again.
Every city may be worth visiting. The order can still create backtracking, late arrivals, repeated transfer days, and too little time for the experiences that mattered most.
A must-do experience may depend on the right passport, release time, phone-number path, entrance, station, or weather assumption. If that assumption changes, the itinerary needs somewhere to go.
THE METHOD
What already works and supports the experience you actually want.
Where route order, timing, transfers, bookings, or arrival logic create unnecessary friction.
What adds movement and dependency without adding enough value.
What you will do when weather, availability, timing, or another important assumption changes.
This is not about cutting places for the sake of traveling slowly. It is about making every city earn its place in the trip.
THE REVIEW
I am not trying to replace your trip with mine. I am helping you see the trade-offs before they become expensive, exhausting, or impossible to change.
City order, number of travel days, experience density, late arrivals, early departures, and where fatigue is likely to change the trip.
Stations, airports, transfers, hotel-door-to-hotel-door timing, and the journeys that look short only because part of the day is missing.
The booking, identity, timing, entrance, transport, or fallback requirements that materially affect the itinerary.
Whether the route reflects what you actually want to experience—and whether the places work together on the ground.
THE SERVICE
I review your itinerary, place list, priorities, timing, pace, stations, transfers, and likely friction points before we meet. You are not paying for me to discover your trip for the first time on the call.
We review your trip together by screen share. I show you what I would keep, fix, cut, replace, or protect with a Plan B—and why.
Your Blueprint brings the decisions together: optimized daily flow, transport and station logic, local coordinates matched to your interests, key timing and booking notes, risks, and backup options.
After you review the Blueprint, you can send one complete round of changes for revision.
One pre-arranged 48-hour window after you arrive in China, during agreed support hours, for common payment-app, eSIM, transport, navigation, and arrival troubleshooting.
The self-guided setup, testing, backup, and recovery resource is included with your service.
FROM STARTING POINT TO BLUEPRINT
The process starts with the trip you are actually trying to make—not with a perfect brief or a finished itinerary.
An itinerary, a place list, a half-built route, or a clear idea of how you want China to feel is enough.
Share your dates, priorities, must-do experiences, uncertainties, and anything that is already fixed through the trip questionnaire.
I prepare before the call, then we use 45 minutes to work through route order, pace, friction, and the choices that matter most.
You receive the agreed Blueprint, one consolidated revision, and the included support resources.
FIT + SCOPE
WHY CYNDEE?
I’m from China, and an independent traveler myself.
I know how a route makes sense locally. I also know what travel feels like when you are tired, offline, late, carrying luggage, or standing at the wrong entrance in a place you do not know yet.
That is the perspective I bring to your itinerary: local reality, a traveler’s eyes, and a willingness to tell you when a plan needs a real choice—not another booking.

JOURNEY AUDIT & BLUEPRINT
It needs decisions you can trust before the expensive parts are locked in.
